Celebrate Oktoberfest with a cozy, hands-on night of hearty Bavarian cooking and festive cheer! In this flavorful class, you and your date will cook a full traditional German feast—no lederhosen required. (But don’t let us stop you from wearing them if you want!)

We’ll start with warm pretzel pockets—freshly baked and filled with ham, cheese, and mustard (we’ll prep the dough ahead so you can focus on the fun part: filling and baking). Then you’ll learn to make tender spätzle noodles by hand, simmer beer-braised bratwurst with sauerkraut, and toss a tangy, warm German potato salad. For dessert, we’ll hand-stretch and roll a giant, six-foot-long apple strudel, filled with cinnamon-scented apples and toasted breadcrumbs.

Bring your favorite Oktoberfest brew, someone you like, and a hearty appetite!

• BYOB — We suggest an Oktoberfest/Märzen beer, of course! If you prefer wine, any white German or Austrian wine would be perfect (dry or sweet, take your pick!).
