Built in 1906, Hampton House is a lovely old home with an intriguing new chapter ahead of it.
From afternoon teas and intimate celebrations to classes, tastings, and whatever else strikes our fancy, we’re opening its doors to lovely people and fascinating possibilities.
Sometimes we plan the occasion. Sometimes you do. Sometimes we’re simply open for a cup of tea, a little shopping, or an afternoon with no particular agenda. And sometimes somebody comes to us with an idea so appealing that we simply have to make it happen.

Make Yourselves at Home
With its beautiful old woodwork, sunlit rooms, antique furnishings, and more than a century of character, Hampton House is a place that invites you to settle in and stay awhile. There’s a gracious dining room for gathering around the table, a comfortable parlor for conversation, and all the warmth and charm of a well-loved home.
There’s more than one way to enjoy a house like this. We’ll dream up plenty of reasons to gather, and we hope you’ll bring a few of your own.
And sometimes, you won’t need a reason at all.

Afternoon teas, chocolate making, tastings, creative classes, seasonal celebrations, and the occasional event that defies easy description.
One week we might be decorating gingerbread houses; the next, singing carols over cups of cocoa, gathering around the table for a tasting, or spending an afternoon learning something entirely new. Some events are hands-on, some are delightfully social, some are downright festive, and some may be ideas we haven’t even had yet.
We’re always dreaming up something delicious, delightful, or just plain interesting, and we hope to give you plenty of reasons to get out of your house and come to ours.
Gather Your People
Some occasions deserve somewhere special. A birthday worth celebrating, a bridal shower, a family gathering, a private afternoon tea, or simply an excuse to bring your favorite people together. Hampton House offers the pleasure of entertaining in a gracious old home without having to prepare your house for company.
Settle into the parlor, gather around the dining table, and make the occasion your own. We can take care of the food and refreshments, or help you put together something a little more elaborate, from a private tasting to a creative activity.
We’ll work with you on the details, so you can spend your time enjoying your guests.
Just Come By
From time to time, we’ll throw open the doors for an afternoon with no particular agenda. Come have a cup of tea, settle into a comfortable chair, catch up with a friend, or simply see what we’ve been up to.
We’ll also host occasional shopping hours, featuring seasonal Pickwick & Cherry favorites and a carefully chosen collection of remarkable foods and ingredients from around the world. You might discover something delicious, strike up a fascinating conversation, or simply enjoy an afternoon in good company.

We believe that one of life’s great pleasures is discovering something delicious you never knew existed.
We’re making room on the shelves at Hampton House for an ever-changing collection of extraordinary foods from around the world: unusual ingredients, regional specialties, and little culinary treasures we’ve encountered on our travels, sought out from exceptional producers, or made ourselves simply because we thought they ought to exist.
Our collection is just beginning to take shape. Keep an eye out for occasional shopping hours, seasonal pop-ups, and delicious new discoveries.
