Event & Ticket Policies
By purchasing a ticket or attending a class, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
01
Membership & Liability Waiver
By participating in a class, you understand that you are joining the Pickwick & Cherry Cooking Club, a private, fraternal organization. All food is prepared by members for members in a communal, educational setting.
You acknowledge that cooking is an inherently hands-on activity that involves risks such as burns, cuts, slips, and falls. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to hold Pickwick & Cherry, its staff, and instructors harmless in the event of any injury or accident.
02
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Class reservations are like theatre tickets—the show must go on!
-
30+ Days Notice: Cancel without penalty.
-
14–30 Days Notice: You may switch your reservation to another available class (paying any price difference, if applicable).
-
Less than 14 Days Notice: We will attempt to fill your spot; if successful, you may transfer or reschedule. Otherwise, your registration is nonrefundable.
-
Substitutions: If you cannot attend, you’re encouraged to send someone in your place.
If Pickwick & Cherry cancels a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
03
