Our holiday gift baskets are made in small batches in our well-hidden bakery and teaching kitchen in Springfield’s Rountree neighborhood. We’ve been shipping them across the country for more than a decade, and we still believe a gift basket should be actually laden with good food—not mostly filler, packaging, and one lonely bag of snacks.

Nearly everything inside is made by us, using excellent ingredients and the kind of unnecessarily time-consuming methods we apparently enjoy. This year’s baskets include longtime favorites like our ultra-moist gingerbread, seedy maple granola, wassail, marshmallows, cocoa and chocolate tahini puppy chow, alongside single-origin vanilla extract, sculpted designer holiday chocolates, hand-shaped marzipan fruit, traditional fruitcake and other seasonal specialties.

As you move through the collection, our baskets become increasingly extravagant—not simply increasingly large. Expect more handmade confections, premium ingredients and old-world Christmas baked goods you’re unlikely to find anywhere else. At the very top, our new Noël Ludicrissimo includes Austrian Kletzenbrot (a pear-laden fruit bread that was a huge hit last year), a full assortment of handcrafted marzipan fruit, and a seasonal surprise inspired by whatever has captured our attention in the kitchen in the moment. 

As always, we’re happy to make reasonable substitutions among baskets to suit your budget or recipients, and ingredient or packaging availability may occasionally require us to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
