There’s nothing like a good chai, and this is one of our all-time favorites. We start with some of our favorite Assam and Kenya black teas, for a rich, full-bodied malty tea base. We augment this exceptional brew with a zesty blend of chai spices, plus whole pink peppercorns and cardamom pods. If you want a faster, bolder brew, lightly crush the tea in a mortar and pestle before infusing. And of course, don’t forget the milk and honey!
