
A Fun, Hands-On Thanksgiving Pie Making Class in Springfield, MO!
If you’ve ever wished your pies turned out as beautiful (and delicious) as the ones in the bakery window, this Thanksgiving pie making class at Pickwick & Cherry is for you! In this fun, hands-on workshop, we’ll walk you through every step of making perfect, flaky pie crust—because once you’ve mastered that, everything else is easy as… well, pie.
You’ll learn the secrets to consistently tender, buttery crusts that roll out smoothly and bake up golden and crisp. We’ll cover how to mix, chill, roll, and shape your dough for success every time, and you’ll discover that great crust doesn’t have to be fussy or intimidating.
Then we’ll move on to fillings—because what’s a great crust without something wonderful inside? We’ll make four of our all-time favorite pies: Bourbon Maple Pecan Pie, Apple-Thyme Pie, and your choice of Askinosie Chocolate Turtle Pie or S’Mores Pie (or even a creative hybrid if you can’t decide!). Along the way, you’ll pick up pro tips for working with chocolate, handling nuts, balancing flavors, and finishing pies beautifully for your Thanksgiving table.
Each participant will go home with three 6-inch pies—deep, delicious, and perfect for anywhere from one generous serving to four dainty ones (we don’t judge!). You’ll also receive a packet of recipes and detailed instructions so you can recreate everything at home.

Each ticket admits one person, but don’t let that stop you. This is a great experience to share with friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, frenemies, and anybody you want to share the cooking and eating with!
