Baja Taco Tuesday Cooking Experience

We’re taking our famously fun hands-on cooking dinners and tackling Taco Tuesday! This fabulous Baja California-inspired menu will see us creating a refreshing Ahi Tuna Ceviche starter, Pescado tacos, Heirloom Bean & Black Garlic Tacos, and Orange Cheesecake Flan for dessert. We’ll be making our own tortillas and pico de gallo, and we’ll create a seasonal signature virgin Margarita (BYOB, if you want to). And, since we know it’s a weeknight, our goal is to get you out the door by 8:15 or so.
- BYOB — We suggest a crisp Albariño, a citrusy Sauvignon Blanc, a dry Riesling, a zesty Rosé, or a smooth Reposado tequila (if you’re going full Baja) to pair beautifully with the fresh seafood, bold flavors, and creamy orange cheesecake flan.
