Step into the heart of the Ozark Mountains with our Wild Ozarks Date Night Cooking Experience—a celebration of the region’s wild, seasonal, and foraged ingredients. In this hands-on class, we’ll prepare a menu that captures the earthy elegance of the Ozarks: smoked trout deviled eggs, wild chanterelle cream soup, and warm wilted greens salad and bacon vinaigrette. Our main course will feature seared elk medallions with a blackberry-port reduction, paired with wonderfully moist spoonbread with black walnut honey butter. For dessert, we’ll make a rustic blackberry galette with an acorn shortbread crust. Come cook, taste, and explore the bounty of the our woods, mountains & valleys together.
- BYOB — We suggest a Missouri Norton red, a white Vignoles, a refreshing local cider, a smooth small-batch Missouri moonshine, or a local Bourbon cream liqueur to complement this Ozark Mountain menu
