Pu-erh is a style of tea that’s aged for several years in fairly high humidity, developing a certain earthy funk and, allegedly, some fabulous curative properties. It’s basically the blue cheese of tea world, and people tend to be fairly polarized about it. That said, our Scottish Toffee Pu-erh is something we can all agree on. The earthiness of the tea blends seamlessly into the rich, buttery caramel of the toffee flavor, and pieces of almond accentuate the sweet nuttiness. We could waft the aromas off of this cup all day long, it’s truly a cup of joy.
