Embark on a culinary escapade to “Summer in Spain” for a captivating Date Night Cooking Experience. Together, we’ll prepare assortment of delightful tapas, fry eggplant to prepare the sweet and crispy berenjenas con miel, create a refreshingly chilled beet gazpacho, and create Spain’s famous paella. And of course, no Spanish culinary experience is complete without freshly fried churros. Salud!

- BYOB — We suggest a Spanish wine, of course. Potential pairings include Albariño (Rías Baixas), Garnacha Rosado (Navarra or Rioja), Tempranillo Crianza (Rioja or Ribera del Duero) or an excellent Spanish sherry like Alvear Pedro Ximinez.
