Most of us have only sampled wildflower honey, or perhaps clover, alfalfa, or orange blossom honeys, but did you know that honey can have a wide range of flavors beyond just sweet — some honeys are even bitter! We’ve been collecting some of the world’s most unique monofloral honeys, including blueberry blossom, watermelon, Brazillian Pepper tree, Strawberry Tree, macadamia, lychee, eucalyptus, African Beechwood, buffalo thorn, myrtle and more, and we can’t wait to share these unique bee-creations with you.
