Slip away to the sun-drenched shores of the Côte d’Azur for a romantic evening of hands-on cooking inspired by the flavors of Southern France. This class celebrates the vibrant, market-driven cuisine of the Riviera—bright, briny, elegant, and full of Mediterranean charm.
We’ll begin with a spread of Provençal small plates: buttery caramelized onion pissaladière tarts, creamy eggplant caviar, roasted tomatoes with goat cheese, and a show-stopping salade niçoise with seared tuna, olives, green beans, and potatoes. Then we’ll dive into a hands-on seafood centerpiece: a classic bouillabaisse, rich with saffron broth and fresh seafood. For dessert, we’ll make the iconic brioche tarte tropézienne—filled with silky orange-scented vanilla cream and dusted with sugar.
