Join us for a light, vibrant, and flavor-packed afternoon inspired by the fresh, seasonal cooking of California’s coast and kitchens. This hands-on lunch class is all about beautiful ingredients and breezy West Coast style.
You’ll prepare a crisp, colorful Cobb salad, elegant avocado sourdough toasts topped with warm crab and melted Brie, and perfectly seared rare ahi tuna served with lemon-herb quinoa. For dessert, we’ll make a fluffy strawberry chiffon cake that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

- BYOB — We suggest a crisp California Sauvignon Blanc, a citrusy Albariño, a dry Rosé, a light-bodied Pinot Noir, or a sparkling Brut Rosé to pair beautifully with the fresh coastal flavors.
