A Coastal Italian Cooking Class
Join us for our all-time best-selling cooking class as we celebrate the sun-soaked flavors of the Italian coast. This vibrant, hands-on evening blends rustic charm with elegant flavor, bringing the warmth of Italy to the Ozarks one delicious dish at a time.
We’ll start with Shrimp Scampi, bright with garlic, lemon, and white wine—a simple, showstopping classic that tastes like summer on the Amalfi Coast. Then we’ll make handcrafted Mushroom Ravioli, delicate pasta pillows filled with savory mushrooms and served in a luscious Marsala cream sauce. On the side, we’ll prepare a Crisp Caesar Salad with our own homemade dressing and the kind of croutons that will make you wonder why you ever bought them in a box.
To finish, we’ll bake a Nutella Torte—rich, decadent, and delightfully over the top. This dessert alone is worth the trip, but it’s even better when shared with someone special.
After cooking, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the meal we’ve created while we take care of the dishes. Whether you’re new to Italian cooking or a longtime fan of la dolce vita, this class is a perfect way to spend an evening savoring beautiful cuisine, good company, and a taste of the coast.
