About This Cooking Class

You’ll learn to make a show-stopping Beef Wellington—tender beef wrapped in mushroom pâté and flaky puff pastry—mastering techniques that bring out deep, savory flavors and a beautiful golden crust. Alongside it, we’ll prepare honey-glazed roasted parsnips, buttery champ mashed potatoes with scallions, and tender asparagus with homemade hollandaise, creating a balanced, elegant plate that’s as satisfying as it is impressive.
For dessert, we’ll indulge in a warm sticky toffee pudding, laced with whiskey and served with luscious toffee sauce, giving you the perfect sweet finish to this rich, traditional menu. Throughout the evening, you’ll learn tips, tricks, and techniques that elevate every dish, from preparation to presentation.

We suggest a Pinot Noir, a merlot-heavy Bordeaux, or a late-harvest Riesling. If beer’s your thing, we suggest an English brown ale or a dry Irish stout. And of course, a gin and tonic is always a British staple!
