A New Year’s Eve Cooking Class to Remember
Ring in the new year the French way — with laughter, Champagne, and something gloriously buttery.
Join us for A Cozy New Year’s Eve in Paris, an elegant yet relaxed, hands-on celebration inspired by le Réveillon de la Saint-Sylvestre — the traditional French feast that welcomes the new year with indulgence, laughter, and good company. Together, we’ll cook, dine, and toast our way through a five-course Parisian menu that feels straight out of a winter bistro on the Left Bank:
-
Croque Monsieur Tartlets with Gruyère and Mornay
-
Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with orange vinaigrette
-
Steak au Poivre — tender beef medallions seared and finished with a brandy cream sauce — served with Pommes Anna and Wilted Spinach
-
Chocolate Mousse with Cognac Whipped Cream, rich, velvety, and absolutely worthy of celebration.
Between the clink of glasses and the scent of butter and brandy in the air, it’s the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication — a night for romance, friendship, and the kind of food that makes you close your eyes on the first bite.
Two seatings are available: an early dinner beginning with a toast to “Midnight in Paris” and a late seating that opens with a Champagne toast as we create our own version of le Réveillon. Both are festive, intimate, and entirely delicious.
BYOB is welcome — Champagne, naturally, though a graceful Beaujolais, Pinot Noir, or crisp Sancerre would also be lovely. Dress comfortably but festively: this is a kitchen, not a ballroom, and we’ll be standing, stirring, and laughing together all evening.

BYOB
We suggest a French sparkling wine, Champagne if you’re feeling celebratory (and why wouldn’t you be?) Or if you prefer reds to pair with the beef, a graceful Beaujolais or Pinot Noir. A crisp white like Sancerre or Chablis also pairs beautifully with this menu.
ADMIT TWO
Each ticket admits two people! You don’t have to bring a romantic partner; friends, gal pals, adult kids, parents, anybody you want to share the cooking and eating with is great!
