In this hands-on class, we’ll prepare a menu that captures the earthy elegance of the Ozarks: smoked trout deviled eggs, wild chanterelle cream soup, and warm wilted greens salad and bacon vinaigrette. Our main course will feature seared elk medallions with a blackberry-port reduction, paired with wonderfully moist spoonbread with black walnut honey butter.
