| Hot Brewing Instructions | Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz / 200-260ml of fluid volume in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). |
| Cold Brewing Instructions | Place 6 slightly heaping teaspoons of loose tea or 6 tea bags into a teapot or heat resistant pitcher. Using filtered or freshly drawn cold water, boil and pour 1¼ cups (10oz) over the tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the leaves or removing the tea bags. Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold water. |

Ok I am definitely a fan of this tea…I don’t normally write reviews, but when I do, I am either amazingly satisfied or amazingly disappointed…this tea did not disappoint. You can smell the aroma of the blueberries a mile away and the taste is absolutely profound. My only disappointment is that I didn’t purchase the larger size. Being a naturopathic physician and a herbalist, I am always looking for teas that are rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, nutrients, and minerals to maintain a healthy immune system to combat physical, mental, emotional, and oxidative stressors…I cannot remember how I came across this company as I was browsing the internet, but I am glad I did…it was obviously divine intervention. The healthy benefits of a green tea and blueberry blend is a winning combination…thank you!
