






About Our Moroccan Cooking Class
Step into the vibrant world of Moroccan cuisine with our Moroccan Date Night Cooking Experience, a hands-on class that brings the flavors, aromas, and traditions of North Africa to your table. Together, we will prepare a feast inspired by bustling souks, fragrant spice markets, and centuries of culinary heritage.
You’ll begin with warm semolina flatbread, perfect for scooping up a smoky, savory eggplant and tomato dip. Next, fire up the griddle for marinated mushroom skewers, layered with earthy spices that showcase Morocco’s rich seasoning traditions.
The centerpiece of the evening is a fragrant chicken tagine with preserved lemon and olives, simmered slowly to achieve tender perfection and complex depth of flavor. To accompany it, we’ll prepare fluffy couscous tossed with caramelized onions and raisins, offering a sweet and savory balance, along with a refreshing cucumber and orange salad that adds brightness and crunch.
For dessert, we’ll fry up crisp, flower-shaped chebakia cookies, coated in sesame and honey—a beloved Moroccan sweet traditionally enjoyed during festivals. To finish, cool down with a refreshing mint tea granita, a playful twist on Morocco’s iconic hospitality ritual.
This menu highlights the diversity and richness of Moroccan cooking, blending spice, citrus, and herbs into dishes that are as beautiful to make as they are to enjoy. It’s a perfect date night filled with hands-on fun and unforgettable flavors.
