Set sail on a flavorful adventure with our Mariner’s Feast Date Night Cooking Experience, where the bounty of the sea takes center stage. In this hands-on cooking class, you and your partner will create a refined coastal menu that blends fresh ingredients, classic techniques, and a touch of indulgence.
You’ll start with delicate lump crab cakes, pan-seared to golden perfection and paired with homemade tartar sauce that brightens every bite. Next, prepare maple-glazed salmon, a beautiful balance of rich, buttery fish and subtle sweetness. To accompany your seafood, you’ll master a creamy leek and corn risotto, stirred slowly to velvety smoothness and brimming with garden-fresh flavor. A crisp, refreshing cucumber salad provides a cool counterpoint, adding brightness to the plate.
For dessert, you’ll craft rustic yet elegant wild blueberry tarts, brimming with juicy seasonal fruit and tucked into flaky pastry shells. This sweet finish evokes the simple pleasures of a seaside summer evening.
After preparing the meal together, you’ll sit down to enjoy your feast in our lovely gazebo with your new friends. Group shanty singing is optional. (But why not?)
