






About Our Hawaiian Cooking Class
We bring the islands to the table in our Hawaiian Rainbow Date Night Cooking Experience, a hands-on evening filled with vibrant flavors and colorful dishes. Together, we’ll prepare a festive menu inspired by Hawaii’s rich culinary traditions and global influences.
We begin with kalua pork sliders on sweet rolls, smoky, tender, and irresistible, paired with a bright rainbow salad bursting with fresh vegetables and tropical flair. We’ll then simmer a velvety sweet potato and coconut soup, blending comfort with island sweetness, before moving on to a showstopping sesame-crusted ahi tuna, seared to perfection with a golden crust.
On the side, we’ll make fragrant garlic butter sticky rice sprinkled with furikake, a simple yet addictive dish that reflects the Japanese influence in Hawaiian cooking. For dessert, we’ll bake a decadent haupia macadamia nut bread pudding, a modern twist on the classic coconut pudding beloved throughout the islands.
This class is a celebration of Hawaii’s spirit—warm, welcoming, and full of flavor. We’ll cook together, learn new techniques, and bring a little rainbow to the plate with every dish. By the end, we’ll have created a feast that tastes like paradise.
