Taste of Poland Date Night Cooking Experience

Escape winter’s chill with an evening of warmth, laughter, and rich Old World flavor. In this hands-on cooking experience, you and your date will roll up your sleeves and explore the hearty, comforting cuisine of Poland and Eastern Europe, where hospitality is sacred and every dish tells a story.
You’ll begin by crafting gołąbki, tender cabbage leaves wrapped around a savory beef and rice filling, simmered slowly in tomato sauce until irresistibly rich. Next, you’ll learn the art of pierogi, hand-folded dumplings stuffed with creamy potatoes, smoky bacon, and cheese, served with caramelized onions and sour cream. On the side, you’ll prepare honey-glazed roasted carrots and garlic-sautéed mushrooms, two simple but elegant dishes that bring color and balance to the table. And for dessert, you’ll make pączki, rich and ridiculous Polish brioche donuts filled with jam and dusted with sugar — the perfect sweet finish to a hearty meal.
After cooking, you’ll sit down to enjoy the feast you’ve created while we take care of the cleanup. Whether you have Polish roots or simply love the idea of a cozy, romantic evening inspired by the Old Country, this class is the perfect way to chase away the January chill and make memories that last longer than dessert.
BYOB
We suggest an Old World white wine, like a Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, or Tokaji, or a medium-bodied red such as a Zweigelt. If you’re a beer drinker, try a Polish beer like Fortuna Komes.
ADMIT TWO
Each ticket admits two people! You don’t have to bring a romantic partner; friends, gal pals, adult kids, parents, anybody you want to share the cooking and eating with is great!
