Then you’ll master Beef Chateaubriand, seared and roasted to perfection with a silky red wine pan sauce. On the side, you’ll prepare Truffled Root Vegetables with Mustard Aioli, a luxurious twist on the winter harvest. Finally, dessert brings a playful challenge — the Berry Mille Feuille, layers of crisp puff pastry, pastry cream, and berries stacked like pastry Jenga: delicate, dramatic, and delightfully fun.
