We’ll begin with the essential building block: properly made tart dough. You’ll learn how to mix, rest, roll, and blind-bake pastry for crisp, golden results (no soggy bottoms here). From there, we’ll move into a rotating lineup of fillings inspired by what’s fresh and flavorful right now.

Expect a beautiful seasonal fruit tart with pastry cream or frangipane, a rich chocolate tart with balanced sweetness, and a savory tart that highlights vegetables, cheese, and herbs.
