MARDI GRAS Cajun Carnival Date Night Cooking Experience

It’s Fat Tuesday — the grand finale of Mardi Gras! Join us for Pickwick & Cherry’s most spirited date night of the year: a sizzling, laughter-filled Cajun celebration filled with spice, flavor, and a touch of New Orleans magic.
Together we will fry up golden boudin balls with creamy remoulade and crisp hush puppies, stir together buttery, colorful maque choux (that’s Cajun creamed corn, for the uninitiated), and master the deep, smoky flavors of a classic shrimp étouffée, ladled over rice.
To end the evening, we’ll call gather ’round to frost and share a single magnificent King Cake, decorated in Mardi Gras colors and hiding the baby that determines who’s king of the feast (and gets to host next year.) Laissez les bon temps rouler!
BYOB
We suggest a bright, food-friendly wine — perhaps an off-dry Riesling, a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, or a festive Brut Prosecco. Each pairs beautifully with the spice of the étouffée, the richness of the fried dishes, and the sweetness of the King Cake.

Each ticket admits two people! You don’t have to bring a romantic partner; friends, gal pals, adult kids, parents, anybody you want to share the cooking and eating with is great!
