SUMMARY:Georgian Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:Whether you’re a fan of Georgian food or you’ve never even thought about it before\, we’re so excited to share the flavors of this delicious\, ancient cuisine with you! While we love the food of the Peach State too\, this menu is featuring food from the Eastern European/West Asian/Caucasian nation with a rich history dating back to the prehistoric period\, and some of the world’s earliest known sites of winemaking\, gold mining\, and textiles. As its location suggests\, the cuisine is a rich East-meets-West fusion\, featuring pomegranate seeds\, cultured dairy\, dumplings\, eggplant\, walnuts and lots and lots of the best\, gooiest\, cheesiest cheese bread you’ve ever dreamed of.  \nOn the menu: khachapuri (that’s the cheese bread)\, khinkali (succulent meat-filled dumplings)\, tomato-cucumber salad\, eggplant-walnut rolls\, plov (seasoned rice with dried fruit)\, kharcho (spiced beef stew)\, and tart cherry cake for dessert. We’re so excited to share this feast with you!  \nEach ticket admits TWO PEOPLE. \nPlease note: Georgian food uses walnuts extensively. If you or your date have a walnut or tree-nut allergy\, we ask you to please consider joining us for a different menu for your safety.  \nTICKET TERMS\, POLICIES\, & USEFUL INFORMATION: \nBy purchasing this ticket\, we agree that we understand that we are joining the Pickwick & Cherry Cooking Club\, a private\, fraternal organization\, and that all food will be prepared by members of the club. We understand that cooking is an activity that involves some inherent danger\, including but not limited to cuts\, burns\, slips and falls\, and other risks\, and we waive all liability and hold Pickwick & Cherry harmless in the unlikely event we are injured. \nWe understand and agree to the Cancellation Policy\, which states that “Class reservations are like theatre tickets – the show must go on! Therefore\, if you find that you cannot make it\, we strongly encourage you to send someone else in your place. If need to cancel more than 30 days before your class\, you may without penalty. If you need to cancel within 30 days\, but more than 14 days\, you may switch your reservation to any other of our classes with space available (and pay the difference if necessary). If you must cancel within 14 days\, you may exchange your reservation only if we can fill your space in the class. We will certainly work with you to find someone to take your space if we can help\, but we encourage you to find someone on your own. If we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of interest\, we will refund you in full.” \nWe understand and agree to the Appropriate Attire Policy\, which states\, “Please wear appropriate clothes for a hands-on cooking experience. We discourage long flow-y sleeves\, lots of fringe\, anything with glitter\, things that stain easily\, and anything else impractical for standing and moving on floors that contain drains\, grates\, uneven surfaces\, and potential slippery areas. FLAT SHOES FOR WOMEN ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.” \nWe understand and agree that viral transmission and exposure is a potential risk in any setting where people from multiple households are present\, and we accept this risk. We also agree to abide by any stated health precautions\, including but not limited to mask wearing\, hand washing\, or other precautions that management may deem appropriate.  \nWe understand that alcoholic beverages may be consumed by people of legal age on a BYOB basis\, but that the hosts reserve the right to restrict the times at which alcohol may be consumed\, or may cut off any guest’s alcohol consumption at any time in the interest of the safety and comfort of all present. \n  \n

SUMMARY:The Silk Road Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:Travel the ancient trade route of flavor\, spice\, and story in this immersive\, hands-on culinary journey. Our Silk Road Date Night Cooking Experience traces a path from China through Central Asia and the Middle East\, exploring iconic dishes that connect cultures across centuries and showcase the incredible diversity of this legendary route. Imagine camel caravans\, bustling markets\, and kitchens where recipes have been passed down for generations—all brought to life through the dishes you’ll create. \nIt’s a night of bold flavors\, old-world techniques\, and shared discovery. You’ll stretch and pull your own hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles with chili oil and scallions\, fold savory pumpkin dumplings (mantu) with garlic yogurt sauce\, and bake Uyghur stuffed naan alongside flaky sesame-scallion flatbread. To round out the feast\, we’ll toss a sweet-savory Uzbek carrot and raisin salad\, and simmer Persian chicken with saffron and apricots\, fragrant with warm spices and herbs. For dessert\, you’ll prepare künefe—a golden\, crispy Turkish pastry filled with gooey cheese and drenched in citrus syrup. \nWhether you’re a seasoned traveler or a curious foodie\, this class is more than just cooking—it’s a cultural exploration. Expect history\, storytelling\, laughter\, and a table overflowing with unforgettable food. Bring your date\, your appetite\, and your curiosity. Come hungry\, leave inspired! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest a Georgian amber wine (Qvevri-aged Rkatsiteli or Kisi) or a Georgian red Saperavi\, if you want to be geographically on-theme. (Pro tip: Total Wine carries Georgian wines!) Otherwise\, something in the Riesling/Gewürztraminer ballpark would pair beautifully.  \n\n\n\n\n  \nADMIT TWO \n  \nEach ticket admits two people! You don’t have to bring a romantic partner; friends\, gal pals\, adult kids\, parents\, anybody you want to share the cooking and eating with is great! \n\n\n\n\n  \nRules & Policies \n  \nComplete Event & Ticket Policies can be found here. Please read them!  \n\n\n\n\n  \nHave More Questions? \n  \nCheck our FAQ\, and then send us a message if you still have questions!

SUMMARY:Georgian Supra Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:About Our Georgian Cooking Class\nWhether Georgia is already one of your favorite cuisines or you’re discovering it for the first time\, we can’t wait to welcome you to Georgian Supra—our celebration of the rich\, ancient food culture of the Eastern European/West Asian nation of Georgia. (We love the Peach State too\, but this menu comes from the other one—the one with mountains\, monasteries\, and 8\,000 years of winemaking tradition.) \nA supra is a traditional Georgian feast: a generous\, abundant table filled with vibrant dishes\, heartfelt hospitality\, and food meant to be shared. This spirit of welcome has been central to Georgian life for millennia\, shaped by the country’s position at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. Archaeological discoveries reveal that Georgia is home to some of the world’s earliest winemaking sites\, where clay qvevri vessels were used to ferment grapes thousands of years before the first amphora appeared in Greece or Rome. That same deep history—of wine\, of trade\, of craftsmanship—shaped the bold\, unforgettable flavors that make this cuisine so compelling today. \nGeorgian food is true East-meets-West fusion in the best possible way. Expect a balance of bright pomegranate and earthy walnuts\, fresh herbs and cultured dairy\, smoky vegetables and tender dumplings\, spices that warm rather than overwhelm\, and\, of course\, the most famous dish of all: khachapuri\, the warm\, indulgent cheese bread beloved around the world. \nOur Supra menu features:• Khachapuri (cheese-filled bread boats)• Khinkali (pork and beef dumplings)• Fresh tomato–cucumber salad• Eggplant–walnut rolls• Plov (fragrant rice with dried fruit)• Kharcho (beef in rich walnut and spice stew)• Tart cherry cake for dessert \nThis is more than a cooking class—it’s a feast\, a welcome\, and a window into one of the oldest continuous culinary traditions on Earth. Come ready to learn\, savor\, and celebrate. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest a bright Georgian Rkatsiteli\, a dry or off-dry Riesling\, an earthy Pinot Noir\, a bold Saperavi red\, or a luscious late-harvest Muscat to pair beautifully with the tart cherry cake.
