SUMMARY:Baja Taco Tuesday Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:We’re taking our famously fun hands-on cooking dinners and tackling Taco Tuesday! This fabulous Baja California-inspired menu will see us creating a refreshing Ahi Tuna Ceviche starter\, Pescado tacos\, Heirloom Bean & Black Garlic Tacos\, and Orange Cheesecake Flan for dessert. We’ll be making our own tortillas and pico de gallo\, and we’ll create a seasonal signature virgin Margarita (BYOB\, if you want to). And\, since we know it’s a weeknight\, our goal is to get you out the door by 8:15 or so.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe’ll have the fixin’s for margaritas\, you bring your spirit of choice. Or\, if cervezas are more your thing\, a good Mexican beer is always appropriate!  \n\n\n\n\n  \nADMIT ONE \n  \nEach ticket admits one person\, but don’t let that stop you.  This is a great experience to share with friends\, family\, neighbors\, coworkers\, frenemies\, and anybody you want to share the cooking and eating with!
