SUMMARY:A Taste of Tuscany Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:Transport yourselves to the golden hills of Tuscany for an evening of hands-on cooking\, bold flavors\, and Italian hospitality. In this cozy\, couples-friendly class\, we’ll explore rustic yet refined Tuscan dishes made to be shared—and savored. \nTogether we’ll prepare an abundant menu\, starting with a trio of classic antipasti: crostini toscani with savory chicken liver pâté\, bruschetta with ripe tomatoes and basil\, and crostini con fichi e ricotta—a sweet-salty bite of fig and creamy cheese. We’ll toss a crisp arugula salad with shaved pecorino\, then dive into pasta-making as we hand-roll fresh spaghetti to pair with a garlicky tomato sauce. For the main event\, you’ll learn to sear and roast an herb-crusted pork loin to juicy perfection. \nWe’ll finish with something sweet and distinctly Tuscan: Torta della Nonna\, a lemon custard and pine nut tarts\, delicate\, creamy\, and just the right amount of indulgent. \nWhether it’s your first class or your fifth\, this date night promises warmth\, flavor\, and a delicious memory made by hand. \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest a Chianti or Rosso di Montalcino if you prefer reds\, a Vermentino or Vernaccia di San Gimignano or similar Tuscan white if you prefer whites\, and a dry or semi-dry Lambrusco if you want something sparkling. \n\n\n\n\n  \nRules & Policies \n  \nComplete Event & Ticket Policies can be found here. Please read them!  \n\n\n\n\n  \nHave More Questions? \n  \nCheck our FAQ\, and then send us a message if you still have questions!

SUMMARY:South African Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:South African Braai – A Date Night Cooking Experience\nJoin us for a bold\, flavor-packed evening inspired by braai\, South Africa’s beloved tradition of cooking over live fire. This is a feast built on smoke\, spice\, sweetness\, and celebration — layered\, vibrant\, and unapologetically generous. \nTogether we’ll prepare peri-peri shrimp with bright heat\, curried chicken and apricot sosaties threaded and grilled to caramelized perfection\, spiced lamb loin chops\, and soy-and-chutney glazed pork belly. On the side\, we’ll balance the richness with spicy grilled pineapple\, a refreshing watermelon and tomato salad\, and coconut curry cauliflower. To finish\, we’ll bake malva pudding — tender\, syrup-soaked\, and served warm. \nAs always\, we cook communally at one long table\, learning techniques\, sharing stories\, and building the feast together. Once everything is plated\, you’ll sit down to enjoy the full spread while we take care of the dishes. \nCome hungry. This one is lavish. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest a bright Chenin Blanc\, a dry or off-dry Riesling\, a fresh Rosé\, a peppery Syrah\, or a bold South African Pinotage. (Pro tip: if you’re looking for South African wines in SGF\, try Total Wines.) \n\n\n\n\n  \nRules & Policies \n  \nComplete Event & Ticket Policies can be found here. Please read them!  \n\n\n\n\n  \nHave More Questions? \n  \nCheck our FAQ\, and then send us a message if you still have questions!

SUMMARY:Italian Countryside Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:About This Italian Cooking Class\nStep into the sun-drenched rhythm of rural Italy for an evening inspired by the warmth\, generosity\, and richness of life in the countryside. Imagine the rolling vineyards\, olive groves\, and bustling village kitchens where meals are crafted slowly\, with love\, laughter\, and more than a little wine. In this hands-on class\, you\, your partner\, and your new friends will prepare a rustic yet elegant menu that celebrates Italian tradition while offering flavors bold enough to make Nonna proud. \nWe’ll begin with a vibrant antipasta salad brimming with fresh vegetables\, cured meats\, and cheeses—a lively\, colorful start that sets the tone. Then\, we’ll dive into the classic comfort of stuffed artichokes\, tender leaves filled with savory goodness. From there\, the menu continues with a warming white bean gratin\, hearty yet refined\, and handmade agnolotti filled with black garlic and braised short rib\, a dish that balances depth\, earthiness\, and indulgence in every bite. \nFinally\, the evening ends on a sweet note: you’ll learn the art of making crisp\, creamy cannoli\, shaping the shells and filling them with luscious ricotta cream\, just as they’ve been enjoyed across generations. \nThis is more than a cooking class—it’s a celebration of Italian life\, designed for couples\, friends\, or anyone who believes food tastes better when shared. It’s a memorable evening filled with good food\, better company\, and the timeless joy of cooking from the heart. Mangia! \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest a bold Barbera\, a smooth Chianti Classico\, a dry Italian Rosato\, a sparkling Lambrusco\, or a rich\, slightly sweet Vin Santo. \n\n\n\n\n  \nRules & Policies \n  \nComplete Event & Ticket Policies can be found here. Please read them!  \n\n\n\n\n  \nHave More Questions? \n  \nCheck our FAQ\, and then send us a message if you still have questions!

Imagine the romance of the rails\, the glittering dining cars\, and the rich blend of cultures that unfolded with every passing stop along the way. \nIn this hands-on cooking class\, we’ll explore the flavors\, traditions\, and stories of the cities and regions along the route—from French countryside classics to Central European comforts and the sweet delights of the Eastern Mediterranean. You’ll leave with new cooking skills\, a happy heart\, and a very full belly. \n…Hopefully no one gets stabbed. \nNo prior cooking experience is necessary. SUMMARY:Georgian Supra Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:About Our Georgian Cooking Class\nWhether Georgia is already one of your favorite cuisines or you’re discovering it for the first time\, we can’t wait to welcome you to Georgian Supra—our celebration of the rich\, ancient food culture of the Eastern European/West Asian nation of Georgia. (We love the Peach State too\, but this menu comes from the other one—the one with mountains\, monasteries\, and 8\,000 years of winemaking tradition.) \nA supra is a traditional Georgian feast: a generous\, abundant table filled with vibrant dishes\, heartfelt hospitality\, and food meant to be shared. This spirit of welcome has been central to Georgian life for millennia\, shaped by the country’s position at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. Archaeological discoveries reveal that Georgia is home to some of the world’s earliest winemaking sites\, where clay qvevri vessels were used to ferment grapes thousands of years before the first amphora appeared in Greece or Rome. That same deep history—of wine\, of trade\, of craftsmanship—shaped the bold\, unforgettable flavors that make this cuisine so compelling today. \nGeorgian food is true East-meets-West fusion in the best possible way. Expect a balance of bright pomegranate and earthy walnuts\, fresh herbs and cultured dairy\, smoky vegetables and tender dumplings\, spices that warm rather than overwhelm\, and\, of course\, the most famous dish of all: khachapuri\, the warm\, indulgent cheese bread beloved around the world. \nOur Supra menu features:• Khachapuri (cheese-filled bread boats)• Khinkali (pork and beef dumplings)• Fresh tomato–cucumber salad• Eggplant–walnut rolls• Plov (fragrant rice with dried fruit)• Kharcho (beef in rich walnut and spice stew)• Tart cherry cake for dessert \nThis is more than a cooking class—it’s a feast\, a welcome\, and a window into one of the oldest continuous culinary traditions on Earth. Come ready to learn\, savor\, and celebrate. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest a bright Georgian Rkatsiteli\, a dry or off-dry Riesling\, an earthy Pinot Noir\, a bold Saperavi red\, or a luscious late-harvest Muscat to pair beautifully with the tart cherry cake. (Pro tip: Total Wines has a nice selection of Georgian wines!) \n\n\n\n\n  \nRules & Policies \n  \nComplete Event & Ticket Policies can be found here. Please read them!  \n\n\n\n\n  \nHave More Questions? \n  \nCheck our FAQ\, and then send us a message if you still have questions!

SUMMARY:Oktoberfest Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:About our Oktoberfest Date Night Cooking Experience\nProst! Get ready to raise a glass and celebrate Oktoberfest with a night full of flavor\, laughter\, and hands-on Bavarian cooking. This isn’t just any cooking class—it’s a lively date night that captures the warmth\, heartiness\, and cheer of Germany’s most famous festival. Think clinking steins\, the smell of fresh-baked pretzels\, and the joy of cooking something delicious together. Lederhosen and dirndls are totally optional—but if you wear them\, you’ll definitely earn extra applause! \nWe’ll kick things off with warm pretzel pockets—golden brown on the outside\, soft on the inside\, and stuffed with gooey cheese\, smoky ham\, and tangy mustard. (We’ll prep the dough in advance so you get straight to the fun part: stuffing\, shaping\, and baking!) Then\, roll up your sleeves to hand-make spätzle noodles just like Oma would have made them. Next\, we’ll simmer beer-braised bratwurst with sauerkraut until juicy and savory\, and toss together a warm German potato salad that’s bright\, tangy\, and just the right amount of comfort food. \nAnd because no Oktoberfest is complete without something sweet\, dessert is a show-stopping\, team effort: a giant\, six-foot-long apple strudel! Together\, you’ll stretch the dough paper-thin (don’t worry\, we’ll teach you the tricks of the trade)\, fill it with cinnamon-spiced apples and toasty breadcrumbs\, and roll it into a golden\, fragrant masterpiece. When it comes out of the oven\, the first slice will have everyone grinning. \nBring your favorite Oktoberfest brew\, your favorite person\, and your best appetite. We’ll bring the recipes\, the music\, and the fun. By the end of the night\, you’ll feel like you’ve danced\, cooked\, and feasted your way through Munich—without ever leaving the Ozarks. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest an Oktoberfest/Märzen beer\, of course! SUMMARY:The Silk Road Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:Travel the ancient Silk Road through the food of China\, Central Asia\, Persia and Türkiye. Our Silk Road Date Night Cooking Experience follows the legendary trade route west from Xi’an\, exploring the dishes\, ingredients and techniques that traveled alongside merchants\, travelers and ideas for centuries. \nYou’ll stretch and pull your own hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles with chili oil and scallions\, fold pumpkin dumplings (mantu) with garlic yogurt sauce\, and bake Uyghur stuffed naan alongside flaky sesame-scallion flatbread. We’ll make a sweet-savory Uzbek carrot and raisin salad and Persian chicken with saffron and apricots\, fragrant with warm spices and herbs. For dessert\, we’ll finish the journey west with saffron-cardamom ice cream with honeyed figs and walnuts. \nAlong the way\, we’ll talk about the places\, people and traditions behind the food\, and how ingredients and cooking techniques traveled and changed along the Silk Road. Bring a date\, come hungry\, and be ready to cook your way across a continent. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest an off-dry Riesling or Gewürztraminer—something aromatic\, with a little sweetness to play nicely with the chili\, saffron\, apricot and warm spices. If you want to stay geographically on-theme\, try a Turkish white such as Emir or Narince. \n\n\n\n\n  \nADMIT ONE \n  \nEach ticket admits one person but don’t let that stop you. Our classes are great to take with friends\, family\, romantic partners\, or anyone who enjoys good food and lots of fun.  \n\n\n\n\n  \nRules & Policies \n  \nComplete Event & Ticket Policies can be found here. Please read them!  \n\n\n\n\n  \nHave More Questions? \n  \nCheck our FAQ\, and then send us a message if you still have questions!

SUMMARY:Uncorked Portuguese Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:About This Portuguese Cooking Class\nPortugal may be a small country\, but it has an enormous food tradition\, shaped by the Atlantic coast\, Mediterranean ingredients\, centuries of trade\, and a very sensible appreciation for good wine. SUMMARY:Patagonian Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:About This Patagonian Cooking Class\nJourney to the far south of South America for an evening of Patagonian cooking\, drawing on the food traditions of Chile and Argentina and the ingredients of the mountains\, coasts and ranchlands at the end of the continent. \nWe’ll begin with Chilean salsa and rustic bread\, bright with tomatoes\, herbs and a little spice. Next\, you’ll make lamb empanadas with chimichurri\, followed by a rich king crab gratin with white wine\, cream\, breadcrumbs and cheese. We’ll round out dinner with roasted Andean potatoes and a fresh Chilean salad. \nFor dessert\, we’ll make baked custard with candied pumpkin\, a simple combination that’s especially good as the weather turns cool. \nAlong the way\, we’ll talk about the foods and traditions of Patagonia while learning plenty of useful techniques for empanadas\, seafood\, sauces and more. Come hungry—there’s a lot of ground to cover between the Andes and the southern coast\, and we intend to eat our way through a fair bit of it. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest a cool-climate white or light red wine — perhaps a Chilean Chardonnay\, Torrontés\, or Pinot Noir. Each pairs beautifully with the richness of the lamb\, the creaminess of the crab\, and the brightness of the chimichurri. \n\n\n\n\n  \nADMIT One \n  \nEach ticket admits one person but don’t let that stop you. SUMMARY:Wild Ozarks Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:An Ozark Mountain Cooking Class\nThere’s more to Ozarks cooking than biscuits and gravy. Our Wild Ozarks Date Night Cooking Experience takes a closer look at the ingredients that grow\, swim and roam right here in our part of the world\, from wild mushrooms and black walnuts to trout\, blackberries and game. \nWe’ll start with smoked trout deviled eggs\, followed by a rich wild chanterelle cream soup. You’ll make warm spoonbread with black walnut honey butter\, then sear elk medallions with a blackberry-port reduction and prepare wilted greens with bacon vinaigrette alongside. For dessert\, we’ll bake a rustic blackberry galette with an acorn shortbread crust. \nAlong the way\, we’ll talk about Ozarks ingredients\, wild foods\, local traditions\, and the ways people have cooked from this landscape for generations. It’s an unusual menu\, a very good dinner\, and one of our favorite ways to celebrate the place we call home. \nCome hungry—and maybe ready to look at the woods around you a little differently. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest a Missouri Norton red\, a white Vignoles\, a refreshing local cider\, a smooth small-batch Missouri moonshine\, or a local Bourbon cream liqueur to complement this Ozark Mountain menu. \n\n\n\n\n  \nADMIT ONE \n  \nEach ticket admits one person but don’t let that stop you. SUMMARY:Proper British Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:Our Proper British Date Night Cooking Experience takes on some of the classics of British cooking\, including one of the great dinner-party centerpieces: Beef Wellington. \nYou’ll make your own individual Beef Wellingtons\, wrapping tender beef with mushrooms and flaky puff pastry\, and learn how to get the pastry crisp and golden while keeping the beef properly cooked. Alongside\, we’ll prepare honey-glazed roasted parsnips\, champ (creamy mashed potatoes with butter and scallions)\, and asparagus with homemade hollandaise. \nFor dessert\, we’ll make sticky toffee pudding with whiskey and warm toffee sauce\, because the British are very good at puddings and there is no reason to argue with them about it. \nAlong the way\, you’ll learn plenty of useful techniques for working with puff pastry\, cooking beef\, making hollandaise\, and getting the whole dinner to the table at the same time. It’s hearty\, properly British\, and an excellent dinner for a chilly evening. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nBYOB \n  \nWe suggest a Pinot Noir\, a merlot-heavy Bordeaux\, or a late-harvest Riesling. If beer’s your thing\, we suggest an English brown ale or a dry Irish stout. And of course\, a gin and tonic is always a British staple! \n\n\n\n\n  \nADMIT ONE \n  \nEach ticket admits one person but don’t let that stop you.
