SUMMARY:Taco Tuesday: Cantina Clásica Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:Fresh\, handmade tacos\, classic Mexican flavors\, and live music to finish the night. \nTogether\, we’ll make elotes\, slow-cooked carnitas\, rich birria\, and all the essentials: pico de gallo\, guacamole\, and warm handmade tortillas. We’ll finish with a classic tres leches cake for dessert. \nWe’ll cook and assemble everything together\, then sit down to enjoy the feast we’ve made. After dinner\, Santiago will pick up his violin for a live performance of Mexican and Latin music to close out the evening. \nThis class is fully hands-on and BYOB\, so bring whatever you’d like to drink with dinner and come hungry. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nADMIT ONE \n  \nEach ticket admits one person but don’t let that stop you.
