SUMMARY:Cajun Carnival Date Night Cooking Experience
DESCRIPTION:Start your Mardi Gras week with a little Louisiana magic! Join us for a cozy\, hands-on Classic Cajun Date Night at Pickwick & Cherry\, where the oil sizzles\, the roux darkens\, and the good times roll.  \nTogether we will fry up golden boudin balls with creamy remoulade and crisp hush puppies\, stir together buttery\, colorful maque choux (that’s Cajun creamed corn\, for the uninitiated)\, and master the deep\, smoky flavors of a classic shrimp étouffée\, ladled over rice. \nTo end the evening\, we’ll call gather ’round to frost and share a single magnificent King Cake\, decorated in Mardi Gras colors and hiding the baby that determines who’s king of the feast (and gets to host next year.) It’s a proper Louisiana finish to a night of spice and celebration. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nADMIT ONE \n  \nEach ticket admits one person but don’t let that stop you.
