DESCRIPTION:Whether you’re a fan of Georgian food or you’ve never even thought about it before\, we’re so excited to share the flavors of this delicious\, ancient cuisine with you! While we love the food of the Peach State too\, this menu is featuring food from the Eastern European/West Asian/Caucasian nation with a rich history dating back to the prehistoric period\, and some of the world’s earliest known sites of winemaking\, gold mining\, and textiles. As its location suggests\, the cuisine is a rich East-meets-West fusion\, featuring pomegranate seeds\, cultured dairy\, dumplings\, eggplant\, walnuts and lots and lots of the best\, gooiest\, cheesiest cheese bread you’ve ever dreamed of.  \nOn the menu: khachapuri (that’s the cheese bread)\, khinkali (succulent meat-filled dumplings)\, tomato-cucumber salad\, eggplant-walnut rolls\, plov (seasoned rice with dried fruit)\, kharcho (beef in spiced walnut stew)\, and tart cherry cake for dessert.
