About This Experience
We’re taking our famously fun hands-on cooking dinners and tackling Taco Tuesday!
This fabulous Baja California-inspired menu will see us creating a refreshing Ahi Tuna Ceviche starter, Pescado tacos, Heirloom Bean & Black Garlic Tacos, and Orange Cheesecake Flan for dessert. We’ll be making our own tortillas and pico de gallo, and we’ll create a seasonal signature virgin Margarita (BYOB, if you want to).
And, since we know it’s a weeknight, our goal is to get you out the door by 8:15 or so.

We’ll have the fixin’s for margaritas, you bring your spirit of choice. Or, if cervezas are more your thing, a good Mexican beer is always appropriate!
ADMIT ONE
Each ticket admits one person, but don’t let that stop you. This is a great experience to share with friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, frenemies, and anybody you want to share the cooking and eating with! Ages 10+ please!
